XMAS TOGETHER!

Dear old friends,
It has always been a pleasure to be with all of you ;) It's quite disappointed when Vin & Lili & their baby Val aren't staying longer for X'mas exchange and gathering, however, their baby Val has done her best to interact with other babies, haha... oso this xmas is so quiet without David around... we missed his laughter n entertainment with us... Hope everything is ok on his side ;) With appreciation, I wana thank SL and CY's effort to make this gathering a happening one...we have xmas carol, yummy food, and of cos fun xmas gift exchange which full of surprises and love!!! Guess what, we got our best xmas gifts this year!!! Thanks to Eunice and Dennis!!! We love the presents! ;) Not forgetting our Geraldine and Ken's 1st Wedding Anniversary is coming in 2 days time ;) Happy Anniversary Couple ;) Last but not least... May this xmas brings all happiness and health :) Cheers!!!

Gingerbreadmen

It was a laborious mixing, moulding, bakery n packing work... the fun part is the colourful icing on the cookies, with fun and creativity, the gingerbreadmen become alive!!! They're so cute!!! They are special little x'mas gifts for my art students... I'm sure they love em ;) Thanks to my hubby Joeel for helping and Shunliang & family to pop by to join us for dinner and fun of gingerbreadmen making!!! Our plan is to make a gingerbreadhouse with colourful icing and candies next year 2007!!! :))

Bakery Therapy

Edna and Eunice came over for "bakery therapy"... We made chocolate muffins and tiramisu... though the muffins didn't rise well in the oven and I maybe using the wrong kind of chocolate for the toppings... somehow, the muffins taste really good ;) Good try ladies :) We had a good time baking!!! Will do it another time ;)


This is my first time using the other muffin recipe and it works!!! Will use this recipe for other flavour! ;) I'm a happy baker!!!
