No time to shop, no idea what to buy xmas presents for my friends :s Nevertheless, I managed to make Valentine Heart Chocolates for my friends that filled with mixed fruits and nuts with sweetness and crunchiness! I hope they like em! Hee...

Xmas Gathering @ River Vale Point

Yes, the Boonz has moved to new residential area! This time they have a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, function room, all kinda facilities @ their place! The feeling was like going to Chalet! Just nice, it was Iyonna's full month and we're celebrating xmas altogether! But Iyonna is too small to join us and she was in her xmas dreamland! ;p Oh, we had pot luck, singing xmas carols, exchanging xmas presents and playing games! The best part was singing together but our talented Uncle Gordon was running out of voice! Too bad, we could have sing more songs! Singing no enough for Esther ;p The Gay's family really know how to keep all kids occupied with toys, playing dvd kids show on the laptop, and they even bought a house tent and sponge mat! Very thoughtful! All the pot luck food were so nice! and luckily our food portion was just nice! Not like last year, we were "overfood" ;p Most of all... this gathering gave us a heart-warming togetherness and the fun-loving kids are enjoying themselves with all the uncles and aunties around them! This will be their best xmas presents ever! Hohoho!

A Warm & Hearty Christmas Evening

I was rushing ups and downs hunting for mushrooms to cook cream of mushroom soups for 15 people today! Yea, I was late again to reach the Tan's place :s Joeel was already there, carrying all the xmas presents! And they're all under the xmas tree ;) I was busy cooking the soup while Alan is the only great helper for Chef Patrina ;p And they've made an awesome couple in the kitchen! When everyone arrived, the table was spread with beautiful food for the Christmas night! Along the way, my soup was just in time to serve everybody too ;p "Mummy, next time don't cook this soup, not nice!" 5yo Janice commented. I replied her, " This is cooked by Jiumu you know"... She said " Not nice leh..." I was like this :s After all, I saw the pot of soup was left 2 bowls quantities, I was like phew... I think Kids don't like western soup... Haha, maybe... but I know everybody likes everything on the table and we're very lucky to dine and wine on the Christmas Night!

Janice's little cousin Cheryl stole the limelight on the Christmas night! She is so so cute and she looks just like the little Laura from a cartoon character! She's gentle and careful, but Janice play with her for a while and ran away to play something else :s

When I was relaxing on the sofa watching Little Nuoya, Janice jumped onto me and claimed, "Jiumu! I want you to have baby!!!" I was alarmed by her, "Who taught you how to say that???" I asked, then she replied "Nobody teach me, I said myself one, I wan you to have baby!!!" I grabbed Jeanne who was sitting in front of me and question her and she was clueless... Hmmm, I think this little Janice wanted to have a baby sibling or baby cousin to play with her...

Finally, we had our Christmas gifts exchange and eating yummy rum and raisins ice cream logcake! What a warm and hearty Christmas evening ;) Thanks for the Tan's Family for being a good host and company! Cheers!

Xmas Eve Celebration @ the Kwek Residential

" Testing I am very hungry!", " Ermm...... I know I can read my watch! lol How late?".... By the time we reached the Kwek's Residential, David was standing at the door asking us "Which country watch are you wearing???" ;p Yea, we were very late :s Came along was Little Peng Peng greeting us! Then we saw Nelson in surprise! We thought he would be in Australia! Eventually at the dining table... Wow wow wow... so many food!!! Gosh, we were obviously "overfood" for this xmas pot luck meal! :s

This year, we didn't managed to take photo together! CY was on confinement, as new born baby and she were nursing at home. Min's tummy becomes bigger, and we can tell Calvin is on the "Standby Mode". Teys, Lees and Teos went home early before the clock strike 12am, just like Cinderella in the fairly tales!

The Fongers celebrated their last xmas with us before they set off to Australia for 2 years! We're going to miss Little Tyler, by then, he will be 4 or 5yo when they're back home. The twins are healthy and cute! Val is still very shy child. Peng Peng went to the loo 4 times and the 3rd time he wetted himself cos he wana washed his feet instead of hands..."faint"... Phoena doesn't like my home baked gingerbread but Phoebe ate them all!!!

Last but not least, many thanks to the Kwek's family for putting all of us at their house :) And thanks for the little presents from CY and SL, I like the earrings! ;p Also to Eu and Den, I like the baking glove!!! This is my 3rd baking gloves ;p heee... Joeel was asking, "How come I don't have xmas present from them???" haha

So paisey friends, I thought of making something for all of you but my time is so tight and limited this year... will do it next year k! Cheers! Hohoho, Merry Xmas!

Dear Friends, we know we are so generous and blessed for so many yummy food on the table, we felt terribly sorry for the food that were still in good condition but end up in the bin! :s I can't bring all of them home because Joeel and I can't eat much :s Even the Kwek's family couldn't finished them too! For the next pot luck food, we should bring less to make more, not more to make many leftovers... in fact pretty lots :s I just feel that we need more communication in food traffic, else we will end up having stomach jam... We are so lucky to have lots of food to eat but not lots of leftovers in the bin... I hope we can "wok" things out for our next gathering ;) Cheers!

CK cooks for us!

Hey! My brother can cook! CK and JY invited us to their new nest and they're gg to whip up a dinner for us ;p (cos they know I was busy baking gingerbreadbabies and have no time to cook) See what Lecturer CK is going to cook for us for dinner! ;p I was so impressed by my bro who has never cook before at home and now he's married with JY and have their own home and he can cook for his family! :p We were like "WOW"! to see all the dishes on the dining table :D Even my Mother in law was so impressed! (We asked her along cos she brought lunch and "tung yuan"for us in the afternoon)! Thank you for the wonderful home cook dinner CK and JY! It was an enjoyment! :)
