Birthday Party @ the Zouk???

I must say this is a rare event I even attend- A Birthday Party @ the Zouk!!! It was Sunday afternoon, I was engaged to do facepaint work for children for this birthday party...Funny thing is why choose me??? As there's so many other face painters, well, anyway, why not, I'm making extra $$$ ;)

I wasn't informed it's a private party from the actual host, until the staff told me it's the Zouk's boss's daughter's birthday...Wow... I was amazed... The party was filled with children n fun!!! I wish I could join them too!!! The birthday girl is filled with branded birthday gifts and wishes, lots of kisses & hugs!!! You know she loves Hello Kitty ;) and I painted a hello kitty on her arm... She came back to me n said I forgot about the whiskers on the kitty...hahaha... She's so cute...& she's only 4yo :)

I also make friends with the kids and the parents too!!! And I even have many regular little supporters coming back four five times for more paintings, also, a 3yo little boy saw my palette of paints n he wow!!! n start picking one of my brushes and dip n drap the paint on my table and is stopped by his parents...hahaha... What a happening event ;)

In this event, I can see happiness and fun in all the kids :D I'm pretty sure this party set into their mind as a memory :) When they grow up as an adult n said, "Hey, I came to Zouk when I was 4!!!" haha...

Going Banana!!!

Gosh, I'm going nuts about muffins... banana muffins again!!! Hahaha.... I baked them today and brought some to my student's place... Guess what, they love it!!! Think I may consider changing my line to muffins business ;)

I always love to create beauitful things... I hope whatever things I do worth appreciate and worth while... most importantly, I appreciate whatever things that I do and people do... I'm just like a plant reaching for the sunlight... grow...grow...grow...until I reach the sky...while my roots...grow...grow...grow...until I reach the deep soil...Ups and Downs describe my life... Sometimes I love to imagine but I realised I'm in the real life... Dreaming in my sleep makes me wonder why... Here're the stories of my life... love it or hate it, it's still my life... Gingerbread Cookies Making & Jeanne's 9th Birthday ;)

This is Janice's very first cookies making @ our place...this 3yo little girl can make things so cleverly workable...when her mum demo, she see, learn and do it... and she is very careful too...amazing kid huh ;) Joeel and I are impressed by her performance :) Her Mummy Patrina is enjoying the moment together with her too ;) As for me, I was busy preparing the dough and dinner, no complaints though, I'm happy to see them happy :)

Yummy home-made pizza freshly baked @ home ;) (Sean and Jeanne helped to make these pizza too) they just simply love it!!!


Jeanne's 9yo birthday is a fun one today... she made pizza, decorated the icing on the cookies and packed them beautifully in the bag that she's going to give em to her favourite classmates, also, her Mum bought her a fun and interesting birthday cake!!! :) Though not everyone turn up as her Dad can't make it today plus Alan Yizhang is working and GongGong is busy driving the taxi where location is not convenient to come over...In spite of that, hope this birthday brings her fun and interesting memories :) All the best and Love from Joeel Jiujiu and Esther Jiumui ;)

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007!! Always a refreshing new year and new wish to make- I wish I have this and that, I could do this and that...haha, that's me ;) I hope I'm not too greedy :p When new year is coming, Joeel's birthday is coming too on 9th January... this year, he's 36, and a sweet one too... We celebrate his birthday on new year day 1st day of January ;) becos, he has reservice NS on his actual birthdate...sigh...nevertheless, we had a good time and good food and a lovely family gathering @ our home too :) Joeel is a happy little boy :)
