Joeel's back pain attacked him :( He couldn't get up from his morning bed, his hands and feet were shivering cold that he was so afraid to hurt his back spine :( I was so helpless, I wanted to call an ambulance, but Joeel stopped me. I cancelled my classes for his unbearable back pain, cook lunch and dinner. Thought bento can make him feel better after sometimes that he managed to get up from his bed. After lunch, his pain was still unbearable, after some thoughts, I decided to call an ambulance to help us! After a long wait at the TTS Hospital, the doctor gave him a pain killer injection and more pain killer pills and sleeping pills for him :s All I know is Joeel needs a lot of rest...

We set off early in the morning...We were cycling from our place Woodlands through Yishun then Yio Chu Kang Rd heading to Hougang ;) Had lunch with my Dad and Brother then visit the Boonz! ;D Wow! What a day for me and Joeel ;p

Gosh, Baby Iyonna has grown so much! She has big round eyes and curious about us ;p I remembered Megan cried when we wanted to make a move and continued our journey back ;p To pacified Megan, the Boonz family see us to the exit when we left their place. Ciao Boonz, see you the next time ;p

Yes, we have been cycling for leisure and fun recently! We would go to nearby trails, parks and even cross country ride more than 5 km from home... Wow, I must say it could be tiring but it's absolute FUN!
