Birthday's' cum Durian's' Party! @ the Kwek's Resident!

It was a good day to bring everybody together! This time "1 stone killed 3 birds!" Everybody celebrated Little Peng Peng, Dennis and mine birthday altogether! Little PP is 3 and we're gg to be 33! & 3 of us celebrated our July birthdays! Plus the cupcakes formed a number 3! Not bad huh, can buy 4D say 3333! Coincidentally, Little PP's and his mum CY celebrated their actual birth dates this year! or maybe can buy 4D say 1719? or 3303? Opps, I always give numbers that will not win, haha! ;p Or how about ToTo say 03, 07, 19, 25, 29, 33. Not bad rite ;p Anyone who bought these number that I gave ur and if you happened to win, don't forget to give me your share k ;p maybe 10% of the prize as my birthday present k! ;p heheheh... Gosh, don't know why I kept thinking about numbers :s

Beautiful Sky Dance

Joeel kept reminding me about the Night Festival was a "must go" and "must not missed" event! Why? It was an free admission for the public to view the sky dance performance at the Singapore National Museum! The show was performed by the Studio Festi and they're all the way from Italy. My cousin from Italy claimed that they never seen this performance before and they think they could be performing internationally but not in their own country yet... No regrets, Joeel took beautiful pictures and I took some good videos of the charming performance! I must say the show was SPECTACULAR! We love it!

My Kopi Time with Iyvone ;p

Iyvone was back!

She emailed me twice to contact her sister Erica! I was so so excited and happy about it and I called Erica immediately! She was in Malaysia with her Mum! Ok, I asked her to give me a call when she's in Singapore...
After a week, on Tuesday, she called me and said: "Qiaohui! I missed u!!! Let's go for Kopi!!!!" I remembered I was in Ikea purchasing the picture frames for my students. After lodging all the stuff @ home, luckily Joeel helped me (my sweetest darling of all!) then he followed, "Go see your long time no see friend ;)"
Eventually, we got to meet @ AMK hub and Iyvone's Mum also tagged along ;p Blurred me, I forgot about my wallet and couldn't treat Iyvone kopi :s In the end, her mum foot the bill for our kopi, dinner and supper hee ;p We were stationed at one place after another and we just couldn't stop chatting until her Mum surrendered and went home instead ;p
Nevermind, tot we could talk until 11.30pm and then I could catch my last train and bus... but we chatted overtime and the time was hitting over midnight :s Finally, I gave Joeel a call and informed him I'll be late home... there, we continued our chat @ amk 24hr MacDonald Restaurant... We chatted all about good things, bad things and almost everything! Wow! We broke our marathon chat record! We chatted until the next morning 8am and we even had MacDonald Breakfast!!! Hahaha...
Iyvone was like, "Call me k, I haven't had enough chat with u!!!" The next day, we were too tired to meet up! hahaha! Joeel remarked: " You gals are so terrible :s"

Iyvone decided to stay for another week to catch up more friends and spend time with her family ;) I was so Yipppeeee! cos we can meet up again! It was our "Tai Tais'" day for 2 0f us! I made an facial appointment with Iyvone and we went facial together and relax ourselves ;p We went to the National Museum to catch up the latest event and exhibition, followed by our Kopi time @ the Shokudo Japanese Coffee House and they served the yummiest tofu cheesecake that we adored so much ;p Our kopi time was a flavorful and memorable one... I'm going to miss kopi with Iyvone again and she's flying back to London to create more Art with her darling Miguel. Good luck my dear friends and all the best happening in London !

Kopi No Enough

1 stone killed 2 birds! Betsy, Weiling and Xuehui wanted to give Jooli and I a belated and an advance birthday treats altogether! We'd sushi @ Sake Sushi restaurant ;p Kopi no enough and we headed to International Building TCC cafe for kopi and catch up our long time no see chat...Well, I received birthday presents and gifts from em ;p Weiling bought us beautiful dragonfly from her business trip, Betsy bought me a coffee from Harrods London, Jooli gave me a pair of espresso cups from NZ, and XH gave me a bed sheet! I'm glad they remember me as friend and buy gifts and presents for me... Thank You ladies! I love you all! Hee...

Mediterranean Muffins

Long time no bake! After busying with my students' art competition these few weeks... I finally get to bake! I have been eyeing on this recipe to try out the Mediterranean muffins, I got the ingredients ready whenever I found the chance to go to the supermarket... now here they are... they are going to be our next day breakfast ;p Yum!
