A Warm Christmas with My Family

On the Christmas Day, 9yo Jeanne was a great help in my kitchen :) Learning survival skill isn't too young or too late, I can tell this young lady loves cooking :) Who knows she will cook a spread of delicious food for all of us one day! To add more varieties on the dining table, Mum bought popiah and Patrina brought home-cook honey baked pork ribs ;p

A heart-warming Christmas was indeed a family gathering filled with Loves and shower with Christmas presents! I wish my Mum and brothers were here...

So it's u Hui'e hahaha
Ok, First of all get the freshest BIG Giant Prawns in wet market (cost me only $30 for 10! weigh abt 1kg) Clear the black thingy from the spine of the prawns, wash em clean. Marinate em with ur desire salt, black cracked pepper, cumin, garlic powder, white wine(secret), lemon juice, olive oil (30min or more) Preheat the oven abt 200 or 250DC. Place the marinated prawns on the baking tray, spinkle em with chopped mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley & olive oil. Bake em abt 20min or till cooked. Served HOT with chilli flakes! You will love em! Dun forget to go with wine :)Heaven...

Yes is me Hui'e. I tried something similar as well but it turn out dry and hard, wasted my king prawns. Xuehui is the one allergic to seafood, not me. I love seafood...prawn, crab, cockles, squid, EVERYTHING!!!

Will try your secret recipe one day, tks for sharing!

Maybe u baked too long??? Sometimes, the oven is too hot therefore u time ur cooking time for 15min first, then go n take a peek, if it's not fully cook yet, pop into oven again and cook for another 5min... On top of that before pop em into oven, u can add some lemon juice n olive oil ;) if u think it would taste too sour, add some sugar to balance the taste ;p
