It's easy and fun to make! 4 simple steps to make our lunch ready!
(Serve 2)
1) First, prepare the Greek style yogurt, add a tablespoon olive oil with pressed garlic (2 cloves) and halve shredded cucumbers, add low fat yogurt (200g) into the mixture, stir well and chill in the fridge.
2) One big potato for each person. Shred the potatoes and cook on the non-stick pan with some olive oil and make a round shape. Cook till golden brown and flip on the other side and cook using low heat.
3) Cook the Turkey Snail Sausages till nice and brown with some olive oil. They are easily available at any supermarket.
4) Serve Hot with the Greek style garlic and cucumber yogurt and topping some diced cucumbers (the other half) and 8 cherry tomatoes! Yum!
