
I learned this Italian style recipe from David Roco, and it has become our breakfast almost every time we want to have it! Because, we became to enjoy having it, it was a cheezy experience! You must try! It's very easy to make: Just use any toast bread (I used wholemeal bread) sliced the mozorella cheese and sandwich in between the breads, trimmed the bread skin and cut into triangle, dipped the triangle bread into the beaten eggs and some milk (I used 2 eggs for 4 sliced breads), fry em onto the hot pan with olive oil until golden brown on both sides :) Serve HOT! Yummy!
