Homecook Curry Fish Head


See what I'd prepared for my bro CK and Sis-in-law JY, of course Joeel and I also get to eat it too ;p To prepare homecook curry fish head is very easy! FRESH Fish Head is very important!

Everything FRESH from the Chong Pang wet market and cooking method:
1) 1 Medium Size Fish Head (Ang Gou Li) wash and clean
2) 1 packet fresh fish curry paste (S$1.50) stir fried with veg oil and wedges big onion in hot wok
3) 300g fresh grated coconut (3 bowls of water to mix and squeeze out the milk with the filter bag) bring to boil in medium heat in a claypot
4) Add the curry paste with onions in the boiling coconut milk, add the vegetables and tou pok follow by the fish head
5) Close the lid and cook in med heat for 15min, add sugar and salt to taste
6) Serve Hot :p
